Because large-scale exploitation has a negative influence onbiodiversity andmarine life, the construction industry must work quickly to discover an alternative construction material. Copper slag is one of the products that is regarded a waste product that may have been utilized as a partial replacement for fine aggregate in the construction sector. Copper slag is an excellent by-product or waste material which retains its original properties. Due to its chemical composition which includes aluminum oxide, silica and high iron content, it can be used as a partial replacement for sand in concrete mixes. The amount of construction waste has been dramatically increased in the last decade and social and environmental concerns on the recycling of the waste have consequently been increased. Recent technology has also improved the recycling process. Recycling construction materials is an important part of preserving natural resources in today's quickly industrialized society. Recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) from demolished slab pieces was used in this study. These demolished slab fragments are crushed to an appropriate size and recycled as coarse aggregate. In this work, the effect of concrete using copper slag as a fine aggregate replacement and C&D wastes as coarse aggregate replacement is presented. The main theme of the present project is creating an alternative eco-friendly concrete. The concrete grade M30 was chosen for this project, and the IS method was utilized to develop the mix on a volume basis. The various strength of concrete like split tensile, flexural and compressive were studied and one durability test such as rapid chloride permeability test were studied for various replacements of fine aggregate 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% and coarse aggregate replacement at 50%.
