Further, the study exemplifies the impact of green HRM practice on employees, faculties and educational institutions as a whole. For the study, the descriptive research design was adopted. 18 colleges adopting Green HRM practices were selected and from which 421 respondents including faculties and employees were considered as samples. Here the researcher adopted a simple random sampling technique. For the study, a structured questionnaire was used. From the analysis carried out, it was found that there is a significant difference in opinion for green HRM practices with the age and experience of the respondents. On further investigation, it was understood that the respondents belonging to age category below 25-55 years; Greenery development and Green compensation & reward management are the important Practices adopted at an educational institution. While the respondents belonging to age group above 55 years illustrates that; Greenery development and Employee & Faculty Training on Green HRM is the important Green practices adopted by the educational institution. Further, the respondents belonging to experience category below 3-9 years; Greenery development and Green compensation & reward management are the important Practices adopted at an educational institution. While the respondents belonging to the experience group above 9 years illustrates that; Green Recruitment and Selection and Employee & Faculty Training on Green HRM is the important Green practices adopted by the educational institution. Additionally, it was found that the Green HRM practices significantly impact the educational institution, employees and faculties therein. Further, the positive values of the estimates indicate that the Green HRM practices will have a positive impact on educational institutions, employees and faculties therein. ER -
