To demonstrate a correlation between how employees felt about the level of service provided by our new suggested programs, we gathered data from those employees, RS3P (Regional Safety Program for Power Plant).Findings showed disparities between managers’, supervisors’, and workers’ expectations and views, indicating efficiency shortcomings.After the RS3P application, the same samples were given the questionnaire again.As a result of the analysis, the RS3P program’s gains in occupational Health and safety were far greater than its deficiencies and that it still requires improvements despite reducing occurrences and occupational injuries.</p&gt;}, number={1}, journal={Design Engineering}, author={Abd.
