In this regard, Questionnaires distributed to 210 participants working at Contractor companies in Abu Dhabi. The Qualitative Data was collected from 200 participants from Contractor Firms and it was analyzed using SPSS Software. The study found that a majority of participants (179=83.3%) responded that Time Impact Analysis Method is the most delay analysis methods usually used to analyze the impact of delay for the construction’s claim in their projects. Most the participants (195=97.5) responded that selected delay analysis methods/techniques had provided accurate outcomes. Moreover, 64 participants (32%) responded that 10-50 number of projects in their company were delayed and did not finish according to the original target completion date. The study collected the feedback from the professional experts who have adequate experience at construction companies in UAE. The results may therefore be limited to UAE. The findings from this study become more important, if more studies are conducted to extend the exploring of the different delay analysis methodologies used by the contractors for the construction’s claim for wide range of projects in Abu Dhabi.</p&gt;}, number={1}, journal={Design Engineering}, author={Shahnaz Ali Abdalla Mohammed, Mohamad Syazli Fathi}, year={2022}, month={Feb.}, pages={1175-1206} }
