On-line and Off-line Blended and Stereoscopic Teaching Approach Based on OBE

Abstract

The development of information technology and the outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 have greatly promoted the reform of online teaching. Today, online and offline blended teaching has gradually become a normal teaching method. Based on the theory of OBE(Outcomes-based Education), this paper discusses the online and offline blended teaching approach, emphasizing student-centered and scientific design of teaching links. The approach is Outcomes-based, establishes online and offline resources, and uses stereoscopic interaction to stimulate students' interest in learning at various levels. In order to achieve the teaching purpose, BOOPPPS teaching method is introduced to design each link of online and offline, forming a closed loop of teaching and learning. The teaching approach has been implemented in the curriculum of "Automatic Control Theory" and achieved good results.
