Abstract

Offshore wind power has become the focus of global attention, and countries have developed offshore wind power as an important direction for renewable energy development. With the maturity of offshore wind power technology and the country's large-scale investment. The associated construction of wind farm support vessel is becoming particularly important. Wind farm support vessel, as a new kind of special type ship. Its practical use requires that the ship must have good performance under the premise of meeting the requirements of the specification. This paper is based on relevant specification requirements, decomposes the wind farm support vessel into three sub-disciplines, namely, resistance, structure and sea-keeping performance, for multidisciplinary design optimization and builds corresponding approximate models. Considering all factors comprehensively, coordinating the coupling relationship of design variables, effectively solving complex system design tasks, thus obtaining the optimal design scheme.
