Abstract

In recent years, with the rise and development of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, many value-added service providers use such technologies to provide innovative services, which significantly facilitate and meet user needs. Simultaneously, it causes many problems, for example, serious product homogeneity and the conflict of interest distribution among supply chain enterprises. This paper considers the multi-service provider supply chain structure and service providers that provide different value-added service products based on these situations. The product's price and cross-price influence market demand. We analyze this scenario using game theory, and the key findings include: (1) The derivation process of decentralized and centralized decision between service providers and the mobile provider is given by strict theoretical proof. (2)The situational analysis of cooperation between different service providers. (3)The situational analysis of The degree of cooperation between MP with one service provider; (4)The derivation process of centralized decision is given through the strict theoretical proof. Finally, the above conclusions are validated with numerical experiments. When the supply chain members do not form alliances and make independent decisions, the total profit of the supply chain and each node's profit are the lowest. The small alliance among members of the supply chain can increase the profit, but compared with the large alliance, a small alliance has a small increase, and it can be seen from the analysis that it is easy to collapse and has poor stability. After the supply chain members form a large alliance, the overall profit of the supply chain and the profit of each node enterprise are significantly improved, realizing the coordination of the supply chain. The results of this research are conducive to the healthy development of the telecom market, and for future reference, we provide a theoretical basis for the operation and management of the value-added telecom service.
