Abstract

Organizational cultures and the nature of it are complex and unique. Organizational cultures are based their individualized history, Organizational leadership and its workforce. In order to improve the management an organizational culture is the right resort to have the right effect on employees, it becomes very important to understand how organizational cultures effect and affect employees’ performance and also organizational performance. The research attempts to understand the impact of organizational culture on organizational performance: the mediation effect of employees’ performance. Convenience sampling technique was used for primary data collection. Sample size was 50 textile employees fromSalem steel plant. Data analysis was done through path analysis. The analysis identified that there is influence of organizational culture such as openness, confrontationand trust on employees’ performance among employees in Salem Steel Plant. It is also identified that there is influence of organizational culture such as openness and trust on organizational performancein Salem steel plant. The analysis found that there is influence of employees’ performance on organizational performancein Salem steel plant. Success of the Salem Steel Plant depends on the employees’ performance and employees’ development. Superiors should guide the behavior and demonstrate a way to lead is a best appropriate technique.
