Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, finance and science and technology have entered a faster and deeper integration stage, which has brought an impact on the traditional banking industry. As the main representative of traditional financial institutions, on the one hand, commercial banks are fiercely impacted by financial technology, and the payment, liability and asset sides are squeezed. On the other hand, the traditional banking industry also has the ability to use financial technology to build high-quality applications of big data, cloud computing and other technologies, strengthen risk control and improve business results. Firstly, this paper analyzes from the theoretical level, defines the concepts of financial technology, bank competition and bank risk-taking, and theoretically analyzes the mechanism of the impact of financial technology and bank competition on bank risk-taking. Secondly, this paper uses the Sweet Spot model from feasibility and desirability, viability analyzes the current situation of financial technology, bank competition and bank risk-taking to provide a practical basis for demonstration. In order to better define the innovation type of artificial intelligence in the field of risk control, Satellite's innovation model is used and ARCS (Artificial Intelligence risk control system) is regarded as one of architectural innovation. Finally, on the basis of process innovation, this paper analyzes the possible benefits and risks of ARCS application from three aspects: government, consumers and employees.
