Abstract

The regional integrated energy system likes a very useful part in consuming renewable energy and saving non-renewable energy. However, the system configuration method and operation strategy need to be optimized. This paper presents an optimized operation strategy for the comprehensive energy system of users in the station area considering demand response. First of all, modeling various load demands such as electricity, heat, and cooling, and implementing demand response strategies by considering translatable and uninterruptible loads, translatable and interruptible loads, flexible loads, and alternative energy consumption to reduce power supply pressure. Then, an objective function that minimizes the total cost of IES of users in the station area taking into account the constraints imposed by energy supply and demand, energy conversion equipment, and energy supplier interactive power is established, and an optimal scheduling strategy is sought. Finally, a simulation example is given to testify the strategy’s feasibility and validity. The proposed strategy will be able to do optimize the operation strategy and lay the foundation for the efficient operation of IES in the future.
