Analysis of the Application of Network Media in Values Education of College Students

Abstract

With the extension of the Internet, network media has been indispensable in values education, an important subject, of college students. As a representative of network media, WeChat has been favored by Chinese Internet userswith its powerful functionality and diversified features, which has a certain impact on this subject for college students. This study briefly introduces the properties of network media and the utilization of network media by college students. In virtue of SWOT analysis,the indispensable utility of WeChat in the education in universities are clarified.WeChat has strong internal advantages and development potential, which can trigger the reform of education mode and provide great help for the values education of university students.
