Abstract

With the deepening of the aggravation of environmental pollution and energy crisis, energy-saving, more effective and miniaturized scroll compressor have been widely used in refrigeration systems. Based on the existing unit, influence of the equipment operating environment on the unit performance was analyzed, not only to provide direction for failure analysis, but also to provide an improvement scheme for improving the overall unit performance. The experimental results show that: experimental variables affect the unit performance by changing the system high and low pressure. In the wake of the decrease of air temperature and the expansion of air volume, condensation temperature will decreases; However, in pace with the going-up of outlet water temperature and the decrease of water current speed, evaporation temperature increases; medium flow rate and refrigerating capacity per unit directly affect the unit refrigerating capacity, with the  enlargement of water flow rate and air temperature, the unit refrigerating capacity decreases , the decrease of  air volume and outlet water temperature; coefficient of performance decreases with the increase of air temperature, the decrease of water flow rate and outlet water temperature, and increases initially and decreases afterwards with the increase of air volume. The prediction models of refrigerant mass flux and compressor power consumption were fitted by evaporation temperature and condensation temperature based on the experimental data, the prediction models have high prediction accuracy with the average prediction error of within ±10%.
