Research on the Training System of Football Elite Referee Based on Case Study

Abstract

According to the goal proposed in The Overall Plan of Football Reform and Development, the importance of raising the level of enforcement of elite referee is clarified. Professional league referee represents the highest level of enforcement in China football field, so the training executor should comprehensively get involved in all the circles of learning and practice of elite referee. Through several years of scientific and systematic construction, there have been some characteristics of elitism appeared gradually, but there are still some issues need to be improved urgently. By means of the analysis of typical cases and the investigation of some referees of Chinese Football Association Super League, this paper realizes the issues existing in the professional referee training system, and proposes some suggestions to perfect the training of football elite referee combined with the current political background of football association.
