Abstract

Information-based office has been widely used because of its fast, convenient and efficient advantages. However, there are many security risks in the process of information-based office application. This paper mainly analyzes the security hidden dangers of personal information office, and formulates the security prevention strategy of personal information office. This paper puts forward a data integrity verification scheme for the data security stored on the common cloud, and realizes the five audit processes through the user side, the cloud server side and the third-party audit side, and finally obtains the results. So that users can obtain the real state of cloud data at any time to prevent losses caused by data damage. In addition, this paper also designs and analyzes the system in detail, designs the virtual machine management module, and uses the virtual machine internal and external network mapping technology to realize the consistent access of the internal and external network to the mobile phone virtual system. The user management module is designed to query and edit the user information according to the hierarchical nesting relationship of the individual in the company port. At the same time, the function of monitoring the user login time and location is designed to deal with the accident responsibility in the event of abnormal login. The design version management module tracks the virtual system version of the client connection skilfully in real time, prevents security vulnerabilities from causing damage to the interests of employees or the company, and realizes the function of on-demand upgrade and real-time upgrade.
