Customer Relationship Management Platform based on Elastic Distributed Computing Architecture

Abstract

With the continuous diversification of the electricity sales market and the continuous expansion of the business of electricity sales enterprises, electricity customers continue to put forward new demands on the company's service capabilities, but the growth of existing service capabilities cannot meet the growth of customer needs. Homogeneous services have led to a decrease in the satisfaction of some customers. Therefore, a new type of customer management platform that provides suitable services for different groups of customers is particularly important. This article mainly introduces the design and implementation of a customer relationship management platform based on a flexible distributed computing architecture.
