Abstract

Cultivating the potato needs to be maintained with the optimum temperature of 10-degree C. Seed potato is usually the most expensive input to potato cultivation, accounting for from 30 to 50 percent of production costs. The temperature needs to be maintained in range of 10 to 20 degree. To manage this risk of temperature, it needs to planted before the spring season. If the conditions are not maintained there will be an economic loss. The economic loss for the formers occurs when the plant affected from the disease. Generally cultivating the potato is harder. There are several fungal and virus attacks on the potato which in return reduces the crop yield. The early detection of the disease on leaves, stem and fruit is going to save the farmers from getting economically affected. The paper formulates the general flow to determine the plant disease, thevarious pre-processing methods, feature extraction, classification methods and deep learning algorithms for determining the disease.
