Analytical Study of COVID – 19 Vaccination Age Groups and Vaccination Status in India

Abstract

Background and aims: India officially launched the world’s biggest COVID-19 vaccination drive on 16th January 2021, operating 60500 vaccination sites including Government 57120 and Private 3398. Currently out of 719382360 vaccinated citizens, 549043232 had taken at least one dose and 170334128 have completed their two doses as on 09th September 2021. To manage the larger population, India has started vaccination in phases which were dependent on age groups. This study involves Hypothesis Testing for analyzing the COVID-19 vaccination age groups and vaccination status in India.
