A Reverse Reneging Queuing Model for Single Server with Finite Capacity Model

Abstract

: the concept of queuing model is the most important in social, economic and business life .the balking and reneging loss the potentional of costumer due to impatience. The reverse reneging makes the advantage to the customer for using the finite capacity of Markovine queuing model in a single server. The study-state solution is obtained and the different measures of performance are derived. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of the model is performed.
