Abstract

Purpose work to design of deck Slab Bridge with identification of vibration occurrence to variable load. This paper main object to observation of vibration signal across the proposed deck slab design using STAAD provi8 Software.

Design methodology for proposed deck slab simulation consider FEM method based on load effect boundary condition. Also analysis of vibration signal using DWT (Discrete wavelet transform) thresholding approach. This is simulating on MATLAB2015A software.

Findings In this paper investigation of deck slab performance and analysis parameters using STAAD pro software. For analysis of deflection parameters observed in MATLAB2015A software using proposed methodology. The various problem formulation used propose DWT method to identified minimum and maximum condition for deflection occurrence. Now result and simulation section shows best out comes as compared to previous deflection analysis method.

Research limitations/implications To investigation of deck slab is based on software oriented so one most important things limitation of this finding not including of any environmental situation like as soil properties and design material specification etc.

Practical implicationsfor analysis and deflection signal reconstruction based wavelet coefficient a1, a2,… an, also Haar transform to improvement of signal quality and performance parameters. But in practical implementation observation of deflection week signal required more sensitive vibration detection sensor.
