Optimization Design of Magnetic Ring for Auxiliary Feeding Device

Abstract

In the process of designing a kind of liquid food boosting device to assist the elderly to eat, an optimized design of magnetic ring with the help of piston booster device is proposed. In this paper, the magnetic ring food aid device as the research object, based on SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software, modeling and analysis of the whole model, and finally get the three-dimensional model diagram of the whole mechanism. At the same time, based on the integral function relationship between axial force and axial displacement, Matlab is used to analyze it. It is verified that when the device moves at a constant speed, the axial offset meets the requirements of accuracy. Finally, the flux density mode and magnetic vector potential of the similar magnetic ring model after axial shift are analyzed in COMSOL, and the sensitivity relationship between axial magnetic force and axial displacement is obtained.
