A Modified Structure of Novel Multiple Inverter-Based Grid-Connected Photovoltaic System with Improved Performance

Abstract

Multilevel Inverter plays an essential role in all applications, such as power electronics in renewable energy sources.  The major advantage of a MLI is that by using only three DC sources and seven semiconductorswitches to achieve fifteen level output voltage in the asymmetric mode of operation. By this we are observing that the THD of the proposed system is decreases compared with other topologies because the standard of the output waveform is improved. Due to the usage of fewerswitches, the developed circuit layout can be drawn easily and packaging will take less time. Thecost required to implement the proposed Inverter is very less.  And we can successfully install solar-based AC applications in industrial and in other applications.
