Growth and Electrical Characterization of NLO La Doped ZCTC Single Crystal

Abstract

Growth of Lanthanum doped zinc cadmium mercury thiocyanate (ZCTC) single crystals. The grown crystals were studied to different characterization studies in order to find out its suitability for device fabrication. ZCTC crystals of sizes up to 10 x 8 x 3 mm3 were grown by solvent evaporation method.  The electric and dielectric responses of as grown single crystal of ZCTC were effectively analyzed.
