Abstract

Hart ( 2005)                states that human resources are considered as the world’s most valuable asset. To utilize manpower in a proper way is our huge responsibility. Green HRM helps in planning and executing HR strategies in the firm. That stimulates sustainable use of manpower and creates environmentally-friendly policies in the organisation.  This paper main purpose is to evaluate the impact of Green HRM in the Indian IT sector. The studies were investigated among the 200 IT employees at middle level management. This research result shows companies’ green activities and how they reflect the green activities of employee’s official life and personal life. This paper helps the company with improving their performance and attains green objectives. It explains about the Green HRM variables like Green HRM initiatives, Green HR Practices, Green sourcing, Green learning and development, Green work life balance, and Green Work Environment. As well as it clarifies how all variables correlated with all other variables. The Green HRM progression in making strides toward environmental friendliness. At long last, the paper proposes around social ramifications of Green HR asset rehearses aimed at the green association.
