The Level of Adolescents Self-Confidence in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic: The Survey Analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the self-confidence of MA NU Banat students during the covid 19 pandemic and to find out the factors that contributed to adolescent self-confidence. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of correlation. The population in this study were MA NU Banat students, totaling 458 students. The research sample amounted to 320 people were determined using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The instrument was adapted from the self-confidence instrument with a reliability coefficient value of 0.884. Data analysis used descriptive analysis of norm criteria and hypothesis testing using multiple regression with SPSS program. The results of the study, most of the adolescents' self-confidence were in the medium category 55%, the high category 18,125 and the low category 26,875.
