Abstract

The FLC technique is proposed in this paper to manage reactive power of WECS-compelled SEIG. The FLC is proposed in this research to control the system's voltages and the frequency to improve its absolute dynamic performance and is also utilized to optimize the PI controller. We provide the FLC algorithm for active and reactive power regulation for the wind turbine and generator, respectively, in this work. Active power control is used to manage stator frequency by compensating pitch angle in blades Wind Energy Conversion Schemes. Fuzzy and PI controllers are proposed to improve considerable dynamic performance. Here, the simulation result exhibits improved dynamic performances of system while the load variation and starting period are taken into account. The fuzzy controller outperforms the PI controller in terms of oscillation and rising time.
