Comparative assessment of Green Rating Systems for Sustainable Buildings –An Overview

Abstract

With Rapid rise in Population and to meet the future development goals , whole world  is moving very fast in the direction of Rapid Industrialization. Every country is focusing on growth and maximum industrialization in order to win the race of the development. But this process creates a climatic imbalance of the existing climatic condition .With the increase in the concentration of the Green Houses gases and consequent global warming . The shift is observed in the predefined standards of Climate and this phenomenon is called as Climate Change and it is the greatest threat of 21 Century . The common observations of climate change are  seen across the world that are :-  the average temperature is rising , polar caps are melting and sea level is rising because of the same.
