Big Data-Assisted Analysis of College English Teacher Burnout Research and Emotional Intervention
Abstract
In the process of continuous reform and development of higher education, young teachers' job burnout has become a very prominent problem in the field of education. This paper analyzes the causes of job burnout of young English teachers in colleges and universities, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures. With the further study of burnout, more and more experts and scholars pay attention to the research on job burnout of English teachers. This paper intends to review the domestic research on job burnout of English teachers in the past five years, so that the majority of researchers can have a better understanding of the current research situation of job burnout of English teachers in China, the development trend of this research field in recent years, the existing problems and the future development direction. Based on Maslach's three-dimensional theory of job burnout and big data's analytical techniques, this paper probes into the specific manifestations of job burnout of ordinary college English teachers, and analyzes the main causes of this phenomenon, such as the pressure of teaching reform. The contradiction between examination and innovation, enrollment expansion, professional title evaluation, interpersonal relationship and so on. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem from three aspects: society, school and individual.
