Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Universities of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract

At a time of great opportunity for the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, colleges and universities there should undertake the important responsibility and mission of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the Greater Bay Area. A new talent training mode can be created by means of constructing specialized innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system and three-dimensional teaching system, strengthening the construction of systematic management organization, establishing high-quality professional teachers team, and improving the management and incentive mechanism of entrepreneurship education, in spite of lack of systematic innovation and entrepreneurship education, lack of internal driving force for students to learn innovation and entrepreneurship, and the need to strengthen the teaching team of creative and entrepreneurial talents in the current training mode of creative and entrepreneurial talents.
