Abstract

Transportation plays a dynamic part in the modern era, marginal soil used is the most prevalent earthy material used for road construction. These soils have received widespread acclaim and have been recognized for use in pavement construction. But its direct use cannot be that beneficial. In general, these need modifications for further stabilization and hence, they can be used directly on inflexible roads. In this research work, the soil stabilization techniques were discussed with the addition of Fly Ash produced in thermal power plant procedures were explored utilizing CBR test and Rut depth analysis.
