Performance of 802.1X Authentication SAA Processes in Authentication Server Mode in NAA
Abstract
802.1X thrives on the basic workings of wireless and wire network line stability, LAN stability and identity verification systems. This article focuses on the unique identification of RAR (RADIUS Access Request) SAA (Support, Authorization and Authorization Server) machines Authentication and Authorization (AA) module (AAM) proposed as controller application for software-defined networking. End systems issue authentication requests and the switch redirects them to the SAA. The SAA maintains a network-wide session McNettle,Beacon, NOX-MT database of authenticated and authorized identities. The SDN controller installs flow rules for EAPoL frames on the edge switches to directly forward such frames to a particular SAA instance.
