Research on Service Optimization of University Library Based on Wechat Public Platform

Abstract

Through questionnaire survey and big data analysis of Wechat service platform of Beijing
Jiaotong University Library, this paper makes a multi-dimensional research and analysis on the
main operation ability, service content, realization function and interaction of Wechat public
platform of Beijing Jiaotong University Library. Finally, based on the official account, the
evaluation index system of Wechat service index is constructed, and the service quality of the
platform is evaluated and analyzed. Finally, based on the analysis results, the optimization
proposals are put forward, such as strengthening publicity and publicity, enhancing practical and
personalized services, enhancing interactive functions, pushing fine content and focusing on
content innovation, aiming to provide reference for peers and provide learning for better
building of Wechat public platform.
