The Impact of National High-tech Zones Innovation on Regional Economic Growth-Basing on Regulation effect Perspective of Factors Agglomeration

Abstract

In order to analyze regulation effect of factor agglomeration between national high-tech zone innovation and regional economic growth, factor agglomeration was divided into industrial agglomeration, enterprise agglomeration and talent pooling, analyzed empirically the 105 national high-tech zones by method of location quotient, factor analysis and regulation effect. The conclusions were that innovation, industries agglomeration and enterprises agglomeration played a positive role in promoting regional economic growth, talents accumulation played a significant regulatory effect. Then proposed strengthening national high-tech zones innovation, promote effect of industries agglomeration, strengthen enterprises agglomeration and talents agglomeration of high-tech zones.
