Abstract

Explores different dosage article of expanded perlite expanded perlite - Effect of phosphogypsum hemihydrate composite material properties, and the use of test data origin software fitting analysis. The results show that with the increase of the content of expanded perlite, the density, absolute flexural strength, compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the expanded perlite-hemihydrate phosphogypsum composite material all show a significant linear downward trend. When the content of expanded perlite is 5%, the density of the composite material is 860Kg/m3, the absolute dry flexural strength is 2.18MPa, the absolute dry compressive strength is 4.90MPa, the thermal conductivity is 0.091W/(m·k), phase Compared with the blank group, it decreased by 28.3%, 67.8%, 71.5% and 58.6% respectively. These rules have guiding significance for the preparation of expanded perlite - hemihydrate phosphogypsum composites and can help to predict the properties of the composites.
