Abstract

The characteristics of light load cracked rotor and heavy load cracked rotor in the non-resonant speed area, sub resonance speed region and parametric resonance speed region are studied under the condition of up and down speed. Through In the paper, the rigidity variation of the rotor with crack in the process of rotation is studied, and the vibration experiments, some theoretical analysis conclusions of this paper are verified, which provides experimental basis for fault monitoring and diagnosis of cracked rotor. The content includes: 1. Static stiffness test of cracked shaft: study the effect of cracked rigidity in different location and depth on the shaft. 2. Vibration characteristics test of cracked rotor: the vibration characteristics of rotor with crack in non-resonant speed area, sub resonance speed area and parametric resonance speed area, and the effect of different crack location, depth and load on the vibration characteristics of crack are studied.
