Abstract

The vibration evaluation index and its threshold provide an important basis for the reasonable evaluation of the impact of ground-borne vibration as well as radiation noise brought about rail transport operation on the environment and human beings. At present, the evaluation of ground-borne vibration in buildings is disagree on various relevant standards in China. Through statistics on in-situ measure results of ground-borne vibration in buildings within 30m range of tunnel line caused by subway operations, distribution of ground-borne vibration principal frequencies and VLmax & VLzmax were analyzed, Magnitude of VLmax & VLzmax was compared. Limit values of different current standards in our country on room vibration and deficiency of the vibration assessment index were discussed. Suggestion was put forward on evaluating the index of vibration assessment of ground-borne vibration in building generated by subway operation that the headway of train should be considered.
