Abstract

With the continuous popularization of smart phones, mobile applications have also grown rapidly. Note-taking APP as a means of information recording has also emerged. This study attempts to explore the user's acceptance behavior of note-taking APP. Based on the development of user acceptance theory and understanding, UTAUT, the integrated model of technology adoption and utilization, was selected as the research model, and related assumptions were put forward. By means of publishing questionnaire and using SPSS and AMOS software for data analysis and testing. The following conclusions were obtained from the study: 1. The factors affecting the user's use of note-taking APP are ranked according to the size of the influence: willingness to act BI (0.745)> performance expectation PE (0.613)> facilitator FC (0.551)> social influence SI (0.206)> Efforts to expect EE (0.064). 2. Performance expectations and social influences have a significant positive impact on behavioral intentions, and the behavioral intention of note-taking APP positively affects usage behaviors. 3. Efforts to expect no significant statistical significance in the effects of the willingness to use note-taking APP. 4. The acceptance factor in note-taking APP has a significant positive effect on the promotion factor and on the use behavior. 5. There are significant differences in performance expectations and effort expectations among users of different professional types in the acceptance of note-taking APP, and there are significant differences in the expectations of users in different grades.
