Abstract

In order to realize the forming of micro scale metal parts, a kind of piezoelectric driven precision micro stamping equipment is designed, which can realize the characteristics of large output force and precise displacement by using piezoelectric ceramics under the voltage drive, and provides a new idea for the forming of micro parts. Precision blanking technology can prevent sagging, fracture and burr on the surface of the parts to be cut. However, due to the small size of the machined parts, for example, in the processing of micro gear, the technical requirements are very high, especially in the manufacturing of stamping die itself is very difficult, and it is easy to break or bend in the process of processing. The precision stamping equipment designed is very innovative. We have made the stamping die and punch system of metal micro gear parts. The very small punch can penetrate the workpiece material and keep it unbroken. As the size of the part becomes smaller and smaller, in order to obtain a fine cutting surface without fracture, a very narrow gap between the punch and the die is provided evenly along the contour of the part.
