Study on Information Requirements and Service Strategy of Vocational Peasants under Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract

Rural revitalization strategy is an important move to solve the issues relating to agriculture, rural areas, and peasants in the new period. Vocational peasants are the main players of rural revitalization, while cultivating and serving vocational peasants is the key to rural revitalization. College library has specialty and resource advantages and takes active part in the co-construction and sharing of various resources, which can provide information services for vocational peasants. The library combines actual situations of schools and local places and adopts “internal and external linkage, and combination of offline and online” (namely internal resource construction and external push service, online communication and offline push) to provide effective information, improve peasants’ information literacy, increase peasants’ income and accelerate economic and social development in rural areas, thus promoting rural revitalization.
