Abstract

This paper analyses the relationship between the warehouse enterprises of dangerous goods and corresponding railway monitoring department, which plays a crucial role in dangerous goods logistics in China. The model is established by the profit matrix of the game theory. According to the different volume of each parameter, the model is analyzed by pure strategy and mixed strategy respectively and corresponding Nash equilibrium points are found in order to do further discussion. The result shows that to increase the estimated expectation volume of the loss for dangerous goods ware housing accident can advocate the warehouse enterprises to follow strict principles for dangerous goods operations. Besides, other approaches such as decreasing the inspection cost by the monitoring department, increasing the fine amount for the enterprises when caught violate the corresponding rule. These all help the society keep safe and steady, meanwhile the profit will be raised.
