Control Strategy of Eddy Current-Friction Integrated Anti-Lock Braking System (Abs) for Commercial Vehicles
Abstract
With the continuous development of highway construction and logistics, the number, speed and load capacity of commercial vehicles continue to rise, the industry has also put forward higher requirements for the braking performance of commercial vehicles. Considering the drawbacks of the friction braking system, the installation of auxiliary braking systems on commercial vehicles has become a common practice in all countries. In the vehicles installed with an eddy current auxiliary braking system, in order to give full play to the integrated braking performance of eddy current and friction braking systems, based on the rapid response and accurate control of the eddy current braking, the anti-lock control strategy of eddy current-friction integrated braking system for commercial vehicles is studied, and the hardware-in-loop simulation test is carried out under different pavements. The experimental results show that the integrated braking system is responsive and has high control precision, which can provide the optimal slip rate control for ABS
