Investigate the difficulties of utilization e-learning: case study at general telecommunication institute in yemen
Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the difficulties of employing E-learning in GTI as seen by teachers and students. The researcher used descriptive analytical approach, the study sample consisted of (30) teachers, and (150) students from GTI, for year 2020.
Sample was selected from sampling frame using stratified random sampling method.
The research tool (Questionnaire).
The data analysis includes a description of the Means and Standard Deviations using SPSS system, and presentation of relevant tables.
The analysis showed that the major difficulties of employing E-learning in GTI are:-
The gender of teachers and students (Male, Female), educational level of teachers and students (preparatory high student, secondary student university student, master student, other) and the course of students which choice to study it (ICDL, Graphic, Networks, Programming).
The researcher recommended GTI management should adopt the idea of using E-learning not as secondary priority and teachers must take seriously the implementation of E-learning.
