Application of Internet of Things in Intelligent Elderly Care in China under the Prospect of 5G

Abstract

With the increasingly severe situation of traditional elderly care, intelligent elderly care is an inevitable choice for China to step into an ageing and information society. Under the prospect of 5G technology, Internet of things technology will be widely used in intelligent elderly care. Based on the analysis on the current situation of China's intelligent elderly care industry by using PEST- SWOT model, a unified and comprehensive elderly care information database is established, which obtains dynamic real-time elderly care information and carries out data mining and artificial intelligence learning on big datarelying on the Internet of Things technology. The five-level integrated service system of "database-terminal-network-cloud-application" for intelligent elderly care is constructed to promote intelligent elderly care to achieve efficiently, energy-enhancing, targeted elderly care service functions, and provide innovative ideas for problems in the ageing society of China.
