Non-linear Modeling and Controlling for Servo Hydraulic System Using fuzzy PID controller
Abstract
Servo hydraulic systems are utilised in a broad variety of the advanced manufacturing employment due to character of their tiny size to power ratios and their abilities to implement very considerable force and torque. Nevertheless, the dynamics of hydraulic schemes are extremely non-linear. This paper is aimed to exhibit the modelling and simulation process of the servo-hydraulic scheme. In this paper, a mathematical model for obtaining system responses is developed and a fuzzy PID controller design as an intelligent controller to reach a minimum steady-state error is introduced. The simulation of the proposed models and the controller design is simulated based on the Simulink toolbox that compatible with the MATLAB software environment.
