Innovative Entrepreneurship in China: Theory Development and Future Directions

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has attracted considerable academia and industry attention in the recent past,
but its key development issues in emerging economies remain. In particular, promoting the
high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship has been one of the most
important national policy in China. However, few studies have been able to draw on any
systematic literature review approach into the development of innovative entrepreneurship in
the transforming environment of China. Regarding the crucial role of entrepreneurship in
developing countries, this study aims to construct innovative entrepreneurship research
framework and thereby provides future directions for the entrepreneurship theory and as well
as offers important insights for business practice
