Abstract

Agile methodology is a new way of creating software to enhance productivity and efficiency of software development compared to conventional methods, which were introduced. The article aims to provide an organizational shift in the framework for optimization and the problems and challenges associated with Agile Transformation. The research study focused on information technology (IT) & ICT initiatives, making substantial use of variable knowledge resources. The thorough review focuses on the agile transformation process of big project companies on elements, problems, and questions. Using literature reviews and numerous case study analyses, empirical research is conducted on adopting Agile project management methodologies. Agile transformation in large-sized businesses is compared in this paper. A change in project management technique had a significant effect on the whole project organization, as the study's findings revealed. In terms of technology, methodology, procedures, strategy, and organizational structure and culture, it was a catalyst for significant organizational reforms that improved the organization's competitive edge. Overall, we can say that agile transformations have a wide range of positive effects on a company. This data helps companies to not only reflect on transformation patterns but also to improve their agile transformation initiatives as a whole.
