Factors Influencing Consumers’ Purchase Intention towards Knowledge Payment Service

Abstract

This paper uses empirical methods to study which factors influence consumers’ purchase of knowledge payment platform services and the degree of influence of each factor. The paper combined with consumer purchase behavior practice, designed a theoretical model of knowledge payment service consumer purchase influencing factors and designed a questionnaire for online survey. It used SPSS software for reliability and validity analysis firstly, then factor analysis and correlation analysis, lastly regression analysis. It provides relevant countermeasures and suggestions for knowledge-paying service companies.
