Abstract

In the course of the past few years, both educationist and professional researchers characteristic an interest towards the future of smart city perspectives. Every city feel substantial challenges, such as rate of population growth, increments in levels of pollution, congestion, infrastructures. By the effective implementation of Intelligence in terms of Artificial intelligence (AI) , Robotics and Internet of Things (IoT) can make a city “smart” in terms of modern communication, transportation, infrastructure, healthcare services. In this chapter the discussion is focused on the smart city characteristics, digitalization and applications perspective of AI , robotics and IoT to enhance the facilities of a city which can help in economicalprogress and the high quality life.
