Development of the Buddhist Monk Role Indicator in the 26th Buddhist Century

Abstract

This article aims to (1) study the composition, main indicators, and minor indicators of the Buddhist monk's role in the 26th century B.E. (2) Build and verify the elemental model, main indicator, and sub-indicator role of Buddha monk in the 26th century. And (3) confirm the conformity of the Buddhist monk role model in the 26th century. Resources include 1) concepts, theories, research. 2) 35 academicians. 3) Buddhist monks in the Sangha Administration Area 10, amounting to 480 people, by specifying the sample group using a criterion of not less than 20 times the variable. 4) 15 experts confirmed the composition and indicator models. Data collection was done using document analysis, interviews, and questionnaires. The data were analyzed quantitatively, mean, standard deviation, median, Interquartile range, and the model uses Confirm Factoring Analysis (CFA). The results showed that (1) Composition has 4 dimensions: 1.1) Spiritual leadership1.2) Social assistance 1.3) Community development 1.4) Center of Soul, there are 16 key indicators and 145 sub-indicators. (2) Build and verify the model, the elements and indicators of the model are consistent with the empirical data, which have the following values: c2 = 68.648, df = 44, P-Value = 0.501, CFI = 0.997, TLI = 0.993, SRMR = 0.023, RMSEA = 0.035, and c2/df = 1.560  2 which is in accordance with the hypothesis set. (3) Experts agree that the component model and the indicators are very appropriate.
