Abstract
Evaluation should be continuous through entire TQM process in the educational Institutes. Such evaluation system tries to understand the system, analyze it & then try to find any problem if it exists. Understanding & eradicating problem is the main objective of such evaluation techniques. Every stakeholder from the management, staff, faculty, student, and infrastructure would come under this analysis. Culture & Environment should be open; everybody should embrace any changes that come in their way.
TQM is a management philosophy that creates student driven learning organization. Such institutes always interested to build a process that is effective & efficient.TQM is thought in the respect of student’s need & everyone in the organization being committed to achieve results, a passion for quality & decision are made on the basis of performance data.
