Abstract

IoT based Electronic Healthcare system is an emerging trend in the healthcare system. It aims for quick diagnosis and accelerated treatment, provided the patient's case history is already known. It is a well-known fact that nearly thirty million people do not live within an hour of trauma care; this is because of the poor access to the link of a trauma centre. The problems of such sort need an immediate address. The annual mortality rate can significantly reduce if the healthcare history of the patient is maintained correctly. The existing method has solved these problems using IoT techniques with Machine learning techniques; this paper attempts to propose a framework for a secure IoT-based EHR using Blockchain Technology. Blockchain for EHR is used to meet all the security concerns of medical record sharing and accessing like Authentication, privacy, security, scalability & confidentiality.
